Would good and bad will come out of lathing a T/Body for a 1G ?? and what's the proper way ?..anyone with PICS or diagrams ? please feedback.

i have looke dlong and hard at this... the main problem i see is actually geting the throttle blade to fit in the hole properly, and seal around the edges...
that and making sure the shaft holes are perfectly centred...

i guess with a good enough lathe, you could use an aftermarket, or an OEM bigger throttle butterfly and build the TB around that?
