PLS Look at This Picture !!

Hi ya all , can you guys tell me a little about my engine, well as far as you can see from the pic,

1 - Is the BOV where it's suppose to be or should it be on the other pipe nearer to the t/body ??
2 - The BOV has 2 vac lines..1 i've used what's the other one ? a return ? or should i 't' the other as well.
3 - That other 'thingy' next to the TPS, what the heck is that ??
4 - IF i remove the Thermo Fan in front of the radiator,to make way for my intercooler, will there be overheating problems ??..

Would appreciate all feedback.

1. That position is fine. 2. No idea. 3. Idle Air Control (IAC) valve. 4. Without knowing anything about your car, I couldn't say. If it's a factory fan and it's mounted in front of the radiator, it's probably for the air conditioning. [Report message to a moderator]
