On the way to work this morning i went past a dude setting up a speed camera he looks and points at me (i was doing 85 in an 80 zone so i was like WTF u aint no copper) so i proceded to flash every one that was going that way i got a lot of waves (thanks).
So i get on the freeway (joondalup, perth) light up a smoke just cruzin i was sat behind a vt i noticed it had 3 aerials one on the back window the normal radio one and one on the front window for some stupid reason i didn't think anything off it so i cruised up next to the VT and see the badge on his arm and thin oh fck i was doing like 110 and he looks over starts flapping his arms around so i jumped on the brake and slowed down to 80. I thought fck that was lucky so i just stayed behind him doing like 99kmh.
i got off the freeway at reidhwy for the perth people and my work is all of about 4minutes from there i stopped at some lights ( 2 lane road)there was a car, truck, *AU* and then me so the lights went green i took off and all the cars in the left lane are going past me which really pisses me off so when there was a gap i pulled into the left lane and dropped it back to 3rd i over took a few more cars doing about 80 (50 zone) i looked in my rear view and theres the AU flashin its lights i pulled into the street for my work and pulled over turned my SOAD down which was prolly makin me speed, he gets out and says "what do you think you where doing!" i said err going to work he said you where doing at least a 100 i said no way more like 70 so then he says give me your license i gave it to him he goes back to the car i started laughing thinking you cant do me you have no proof it wont hold up in court he comes back says step out of the car please "i cant believe you have 12 points the way you drive" he starts checking my tyres i knew he wanted to sticker but he wasnt a traffic cop he said if i was a traffic cop you would lose your licence i was about to get lippy but i thought no be nice i said yeah sorry im late for work blah blah he says i'll be looking out for your car take it easy.
im one lucky guy
(sorry for the novel)

Been there done that, sort of did a perfect powerslide around a corner at a set of lights in my mums nissan bluebird (CA20 powered)nice and smokey too thanks to single spinner and fucked suspension only to look in rear vew mirror to see cop car under the cover of a truck at other side of lights "opps" followed by "ohhh shit" managed to get off with "im sorry officer, i just had to put fuel in my mums car and im not used to it my car handles much better" and after breath testing me let me off and said "you where unlucky todo that infront of a cop car?" i said "ohhh no i never do it, it just happend" he then said "dont do that again" threw the plastic pipe thingo off the breath tester at me, jumped back in his car baged them up going past me and off down the road needless to say i dont do that anymore and i was a bit stunned to still have my licence in one part and not cut up into little bits

Idiot. That kinda stuff just pisses you off.
I had the opposite kind of story happen to me. Coming out of my road I turned right in front of this cop car. He was a good 100 meters up the road from where I turned and there was a nasty speed hump in between us which I knew he would have to slow down for. Anyway turned left just after that. Next set of lights he pulls up behind me. I go when it turns green (very careful mind you) and he puts his lights on and pulls me over. I was like, "what the hell are you doing that for". He proceeds to give me a good lecture on how I was speeding, going over speed humps too fast etc etc. He goes "I got to the street where you turned left and couldnt see you in sight so you must have been doing at least 80 (50 zone)." The problem was, there is a crest about 20 meters after the turn and you cannot see anyone after that. So if he was 100 meters behind me (or even 50) he is so full of bull it's not funny. But what could I do. I just nodded politely and promised never to do it agian.
Dodgy is all I have to say.

i think everyone has had their brush with the law, some more than other, i used to get pulled over on a regular basis by this one particular undercover cop in his stupid green falcon. I was driving my piazza at the time and knew the area pretty well so late at night i would "test the corners", anyways. He was pretty upset with me for whatever reason so him and his partner proceeded to say that i'm a drug dealer and that they wanna search my car. I'm a messy bastard so there was plenty of crap lying around so they pretty much threw it all on the ground and when they found no drugs they told me to clean it all up or they would do me for litering. I was not a happy camper.
but i've had my revenge on the police since then, managed to get a cop car towed out of a disabled car spot at the coles i used to work at. Shoulda seen the cops face, i'd warned him that i'd have it towed and he said "mate no-ones gonna tow a cop car". Funny thing is when i rang the tow company and told em it was a cop car it got towed in less than 20 mins.
