how do i get a picture next to my name? i posted a pic on the net typed the address in my user details thing and checked the address and its correct yet still no pic  whats going on?

You typed the image URL in the wrong spot... you need to change your Avatar type to either URL or Upload, the form will change and a field will appear to either type in an Avatar URL or upload an image.
Note the image has to be max 140x100 and 10kB, otherwise it will be rejected.

I've got the same problem. I changed the avator to Specify URL, the box come up to browse, which I used to upload the pic.
Its 140 x 69 & 3kB.
Any ideas?
