I take it that this short shifter suits a late model W58 and R154 with the sleeved lower pivot unlike the earler ball pivot?

I can get them, but quite a bit more than this, I think about $500.

Damn they seem to be about $400 onwards for the new kits for the 92 JZZ30.
My budget is up to $300 so I guess I will keep looking. Thanks anyway.
