Hi,
I am after the small pulley that sits between the aircon compressor and engine for the aircon fanbelt on a 6mge. The bearing in mine has collapsed and its getting warm here. I'm gonna need aircon soon

Remove idler pulley. Go to a bearing shop. Ask for a replacement bearing (will cost less than $5). Press out knackered bearing. Press in shiny bearing with some bearing Loctite. Refit idler pulley. Use aircon.

yes normally that is what you would do with an idler pulley. Unfortunately the bearing is not removable in this case. Otherwise my mechanic would have replaced it last service
