its just the box, WILIWYG... what is listed is what you get 
HDD works but it sometimes doesnt

It could probably be sent back to maxtor.
the place i bought it from i cannot find the receipt, and they dont have a copy. Dont know what happened there 
But yea anyone whos interested doesnt have to take the hdd 
I can install a new for a little extra if wanted.
