this might be a stoopid question but there is a NA 2jz chaser ,would it be stupid to super charge one i have no idea of wot will happen who knows if the out come could be possibly good?

There are plenty of kits available inthe US for S/C ing the IS300 Lexus with 2jzge.
They are in the range of US$5000-$8000.

I wouldnt mind doing it to my engine, however you have to weigh up the fact that you can complete the 2jzgte conversion for the same price as fitting the blower setup.
They claim 400hp-ish @ flywheel.

What exactly are you aiming to do?
Turbo? Supercharge? Which 2JZ bottom end are you planning to use?
You sound like you have no idea.
Do some research. Come back and ask pertinent questions when you get a clue.
