I have a mate with a Kicker Sub that he hasn't built a box for... It requires a 36-38L box. I think he wants the box to be pretty close to spec. I should have read the initial post better, cos you did say 45L. Sorry, I will get back to you if he's still interested.

Nope, sealed... It's going into a Shitsubishi Scorpion so it needs to be as small as possible. I reckon 36-38L is pretty small even for sealed but that's what the instruction manual says.
