some one has asked what 2 pin plug gets shorted out on his AE82 twincam corolla to set the timing. Does anyone know? a pic would be great i can send to him.
I think the manual had a square connector but he only had some round ones in the engine bay
Its a 2pin plug behind the passenger side strut tower.
Just short all the 2pin plugs out until you get the revs to drop slightly. From memory there was only one anyway (2 pin), but if there is, just do em all till you get the one with the revs drop. Then just do timing
