Check the resistance in all your 4 spark plug leads
Also chk the spark plug condition.
Mite be water in your spark plug well too.

The engines are supposed to be able to rev happily to 7200rpm if its the 100kw engine, 6k would be fine,
The rev limit is at like 8k, I don't see how 6k could do any damage...
