Aftermarket seats for AE86

Just a quick question.
Who has put aftermarket seats into their AE86.
What brand, colour options or would it be better to rebuild standard seats to my own specs.

Um just put of curiosity....is personal opinion.
Beside sthe brand name, why does everyone like Bride seats? To me they look kind augly and dont look all that comfortable, and pretty pricey? yes?

I think these seats are good value for money:

You can get them from revolution racegear.

they're LIGHT!
and the good ones are quite comfortable (well, when you're cornering hard anything is preferable to factory seats where you end up either pressed against the drivers door or gear stick )

Anyone have suggestions on multi-adjustable seats. I have bad posture and like to keep it that way...by find a seat to suit my weird back and neck positions lol.

Thanks gang,
just out of curiousity, how hard was it to fit the seats, straight fit or small adjustments needed.

aw11 mr2 seats are almost a bolt-in fit. (you have to drill one hole right through the box section in the ae86 for a bolt) quite adjsutable, and cheap!!

I ended up buying a set of OBX seats, paid $400 each. They fit me like a glove. I couldn't for the life of me get comfortable in the Monza ones.
They are ADR approved as well. I'm installing them on modified factory seat rails.
PS. I know I don't drive an AE86, but just thought I'd share my experience.

Sure is, not *that* bad dude. You would fit in them, they just look narrow compared to the MONZA ones...
