I am running a highflowed Garrett T28 on my 4AGTE. It quite happily runs 17psi and that's good for about 170kw at the treads.
My T28 has a 0.48A/R exhuast housing and is on full boost by about 2600rpm.

ct26 single entry turbos are'nt bad if you dont mind waiting around for the boost. a high flowed one can pull about 200rwkw on a 4agte

Also, turbos off RB25 motors (R33/R34 Skylines) are good - ball bearing; although ceramic exhaust wheel limits them to 15psi.
Also, Garrett GT25 is ideal, but a bit pricey at around $1500 new. Still, won't have to worry about rebuilding it in a hurry.
