Does anybody have the turbo bonnet for ME to buy. Or know someone who will sell one or would swop a N/A one. (probably not) but yeah send some messages or something.

It grills stick up instead of being flat grills. Be hind the back window. That bonnet. Its a bit tricky with MR2's, which bonnet is which?? BUt yeah the imports turbos one have a bonnet grills stick up, the N/A or australian ones have a flat grill

Yeah that the easiest way to tell a turbo mr2... by the raised bonnet lid. Like that cause they had to jam the intercooler under there. I know a wrecker that has one in red but cant remember if it is for a AW11 or SW20 - plus he wants about 300 bucks for it!!! PM me on monday and I will be able to give you his number (it's at work).

nah dude.. The turbo bonnet is purely cosmetic.. The only advantages of it is its lighter than the NA bonnet coz its made of plastic instead or metal. (probably a couple of kg). I think its raised so it can get more hot air out of the bonnet easier from the aerodynamics of the car, but i think if thats the case, the advantages are VERY minute.
The intercooler sits on the side next to the driver side vent holes..
the ONLY thing it is good for that i can think of is its easier to stick 2 really thin craig fans under them to suck out the hot air..
