Heres a tip in case anyone else is as naive as me:
When the bonnet latch on your car is sorta screwy, FIX IT so this doesn't happen:
This is what happened on the F3 last night, The bonnet slammed open and folded. i was lucky the whole bonnet didn't snap and go through my windsheild. I managed to pull over without an accident, i couldn't see a damn thing. I must have been wearing my lucky underwear.. i cant tell now cos theyre soiled.
I think ive learned my lesson now.. its time to reshuffle my modification priorities

bloody hell you're up early
and extremely lucky as well
I've seen what happens to cars when the bonnets snap free.
if you're lucky, your windscreen and roof get FUBAR. If you're unlucky, your roof will be fine and the bonnet will go straight through the windscreen.

AAHHHHRRRhhhh, I cant believe it. Thats the second time in one night. Damn, thats pretty bad mate. Lucky you got to pull over, and yeah, lucky it didnt damage your roof or windscreen.....

my friends cortina had the bonnet clips sorta... come free and yeah he wasnt so lucky...
the bonnet folded around the hinges and slammed into his roof and windscreen,
luckily he came out of it without any injuries,
his pride and joy took a slight beating tho.
