Is that the idler cam that drives the oil pump?
If so get a gear puller and remove the gear at the front then undo the two 10MM bolts that hold the flange on to the sandwich plate and there you have it
you mean the lay shaft? that drives the dizzy, oil pump, mech fuel pump? RG's dont have balance shafts.. even if they did it would still vibrate. LMAO!! like above post, gear puller and 2 bolts, remove hold down, comes right out.
