Hi There,
This is my first Thread, horray for me. Anyways, i have a few questions about putting a 4AGE 100KW into a 92 CSI hatch.
I have previously owned a 91 Corolla SX Hatch and a 90 Corolla SX Seca Hatch, so im pretty familiar with the 4AGE.
Now i have a 1992 Corolla CSI Hatch 1.6 Fuel Injected. And want to put a 4AGE into it. Is it possible? What will i need to change?
Will i need to change eg: Gearbox, driveshafts, radiator, wiring, computer, speedometer etc. etc.
Will the engine fit onto the engine mounts or do they need to be modified.
Has anyone done this before? And is wiring gona be a problem or is it pretty much the same as the CSI 1.6????
Alot of Questions, but hopefully someone can help me out.
Cheers Pat.

im not an expert on this, but im pretty sure that the motor will bolt straight in. fairly easy so ive heard. You should be able to use the same gearbox.. but it is not as strong and migh break easier... im pretty sure that you will need to change the wiring but im not sure about the computer. the rest should be ok. but im not 100% sure. The engine you have is probably a 4afe? basically the same motor as the 4age but built more for economy than power. so it will fit straight in.
anyone please correct me if im wrong.
