SA63: 2S-C help :) :) Mon, 13 October 2003 13:25 Go to next message
my mate has an sa63 with the aforementioned motor.

now he thrashes the guts of out it, and the bottom of the radiator came loose and a belt cut a hole in the lower radiator hose. thats fixed now...

but when we start it up, it pisses out water from near where the hose connects to the motor. it also screamed a little bit. is this the water pump??? if so, we had trouble finding it, as its a fair bit different to my 21r-c...

any help? whats leaking? how can we fix it??

thanks y'all

that'd be it- i think the hose seal is okay, so i spose you mean the seal on the metal thing?? Very Happy

(we dont really know shit about mechanics- we figure pulling the motor to bits might teach us)

and sounds good, if its expensive, i'll let you know Evil or Very Mad

its acutally real hard to see where its coming from, so thats a guess

if its a seal, would we be able to fix it ourselves? Very Happy
