Thanks for your thoughts and I'm real happy with the way its turned out, but there is always more I would like to do but it all cost more money.
Hotrolla - You aksed about the cost for the whole project. Well this includes central locking alarm, seats (GTZ Levin), Engineering, blue slips, 12 months rego, EFI fule tank and lines, Levin front cut, wheels and tyres, stereo, new clutch, water pumps etc and heaps of other bits renewed. Also this is not including the purchase of the car or the respray 4 years ago. I have spent about $7500 with receipts. There are numerous little cost that I haven't mentioned but they all add up. Thought I was going to get away with it for about $5000 at the start, but as usual the budget gets blown out.
Matt20v - No the dash didn't fit and was a lot of work. The width (door to door) was ok, but the section under the windscreen had to be cut back about 20-25mm. Combination of Levin and Australin car under dash ducting and as I said I had to make the entire width of the demister vents out of fiberglass. This is a photo of the ducting I made up and as you can see the new ducting is a lot narrower than the orginal one. This being because I cut the dash back as mentioned.

Matt20v - You asked about the fiberglasing. I actually bought the products seperate (firbreglass, resin, hardner etc) for $80 and had to make the moulds and make the entire thing myself. As I mentioned, this took me about an extra 2 weeks to go through the process including the making of the moulds. Kevin
