hi i have a jza70 supra that i want 2 put a jzx90 chaser nightpager ecu on to i have both the supra and chaser engine looms wats involved in seting it up towork with the dash ect. is it possible to wire the jza70 loom into the chaser plugs. the car is an auto but i wana use a mv auto shift kit and manualization kit to get rid of the auto problem any info mutch apreciated.
What's a nightpager ecu? I do know that the JZX90 ecu is not plu-and-play compatible with a JZA70 loom. Also, beware of auto ecu's 'limp mode' when not getting a signal from the box. Beyond that, I'm waaay out of my depth here!
what advantage is a nightpager ecu
yr better of just buying a std ecu to suit the engine
if u dont have one
otherwise go and buy a decent aftermarket ecu
the nightpager ecu is pretty mutch just a chipped 1jz computer the reason i want to use it is that it is free came with the engine ha sa higher rev limit more advanced timing and is programmed to work with 440 cc injectors in th engine and up to 20psi of boost both engines have the same sensors ect surely it would be posible to wire it in some how just needs to be conected to dash and fuel pump i gues
