Clutch Oil? Is this like blinker fluid?
I think you mean clutch fluid, which is brake fluid so I'd guess that if the line got hot enough it would boil too. Either wrap you exhaust with some sort of heat wrap material, or fabricate a simple heat shield between the two and you won't have to worry about it.
I had a sinking clutch pedal once, but it was due to bleed nipple coming undone. Burning brake fluid smells like butterscotch snapps.

LOL, oops, i've been looking at too many bikes lately
2 or 3 layers of exhaust wrap material will do the trick, will give it at least 5mm of fibreglass insulation.... how long do you need? i got a roll of 7.5m x 50mm wide (autospeed) recently, 1 length of that should cover it. (lay it along the length of the tube, and then wrap the width of the tape around the tube.. that make sense???

if the fluid boils off, you'll have:
it's as if nothing had happened,
clutch not disengaging properly, or
no clutch at all
if you've really given the fluid a good boil off, it might be prudent to replace it as doing so makes it absorb moisture and other brake-fluid pollutants - plus it will lower the boiling point of the fluid making it not so useful as a hydraulic-power fluid.
