today i got pulled over and fined $74 for the most stupid thing i have heard of. I was done for having my arm out the window!!! Thats what she called it. What a joke!!!!
She said she could have done me for not being in control of the vehicle but said she let me off n gave me this one! Im happy bout that cos otherwise i would have lost 3 points but satill, thats fucking bullshit. I hate cops sometimes, she followed me for 30mins and got me for that, its seriously fucked, why dont they go pull over the dickheads doing 100 in 60 zones instead of someone who had part of his arm out of the window (elbow) cos my air con wasnt working.

Yep, you have your arm outside of the window it's a fine. Hey, I wonder if saying you were indicating a turn would work......
I can relate though. I don't have an aircon fitted at all and the only way to really get cool is to either speed or hang the arm out.
Speeding is actually the more safe option, but it's a bigger fine.
And before anyone says to turn the fan on, I don't know about you, but mine just blows hot air.

jk with you dude. That sucks the fat one. I remember seeing something on a current affairs show where a passenger lost demerit points for having his arm rested on the window. Such a load of crap

i wouldve gone off my face got her name and badge number made a complaint and take the bitch to court, because im certain that its any part of the body cannot protrude out of the window, you could argue your arm was resting on the inside of the car, but visible from the outside.
Was she next to you or did she drive past do a u turn and then bust u? if she was far away it wouldnt hold up in court

she was behind me. the only thing that was outside my window was my elbow, how could she tell i wasnt holding on with both hands? she said i had my hand out twice? but i didnt put my hand out at all? Could she have proof of this?
If it were a bigger fine id take it to court, but 74 bucks, to much hassle me thinks

yeah did you go nutz? im really anti cop so i love it when they say something stupid, ie when i got my yellow sticker the cop said them extractors are illegal pointing to my manifold i said look mate you dont know what your going on about they arent my extractors they are cop says OHHHHH there still illegal, which they werent the guy at the pits says yeah he must have been a wnker.
ohh well fk em. at least you didnt lose any points

I was expecting someone to say that.  But mines actually a dial.... 
But in the middle of summer it makes no difference as the dash gets hot, thus the ducts get hot and heat the air up.
Man I'm hanging for that soarer upgrade.
Also funny thing about what I said above about the signalling, I actually saw someone do that the other day in a car. They signalled with their arm instead of turning the indicators on.

That just tells ya what they think of the general public by putting a cop on defecting when he doesn't even know what he's defecting. 
I wonder how many people the've defected for having too bright a parking light (while they are really looking at their driving lights).

its fucked but theres nothing you can do. you REALLY wanna start going nuts and argue with them but then you just get more fines so you have to bend over for them  female cops are the WORST never argue with them, the bitches are all on a power trip. its cause you got a P plate, its a cop magnet.
my g/f was driving and a cop in the other direction did a u turn and followed her then he pulls her over. he stuffs around at the back of the car for a while and says the P plate wasnt on properly (it had been there for months and not fallen off). after he fucked around with it it fell off before the end of the day. theyre all just fuuckwits with nothing better to do than pull over P platers.

Mate my trick to avoid that is to leave the window up like half a cm that way its not comfortable to lean your arm on the window. Its suck a f*@cking stupid law
