its a direct bolt up, you will need to change over the handbrake cables from the ke70 though. make sure the tailshaft will suit the application too.

depends on whether you still have the 4K, or the 4A motor....
From what i know the K40 gearbox (4spd from 4K-C) is shorter and has different output shaft to that of the T50 box (5spd from 4A-C), hence like michael said the tailshaft would need looking at.
If you've got a 4A in there, your set

Couple of points:
K gearboxes have the same output shaft as EARLY T50s, but not later (4A) ones
The A/K/TE70/71/72/86 all have 2 piece tailshafts
While the BogWarmer diff from the Aussie cars is horrible (I've busted a few!), the standard aussie Sprinter diff isn't exactly phenomonal, either! If you're looking for an upgrade to withstand a lot of abuse, you might need to spend a little more... just a thought!

Well bolt in the sprinter diff, then try the rear half of a sprinter tailshaft - it might work, but I can't be too sure
