what have people here used for the bottom radiator hose as a friend has just done this conversion and for the bottom hose we used a datto 200B hose as it was the closest we could find to get around the RWD box

i used a universal type hose, was convoluted the entire lenght so could be "bent" with out crushing the rubber, came from super cheap or something similar, but if the 200b fits it's nice to know, but i guess that it all depends on where you mount the thermostat body.
matty.

I got some mandrel bent exhaust tube sections, cut the outlet pipe by the back of the supersharger, TIG welded 2 90 degree and one 45 degree bends to it around and down the blower, zinc coated it for rust protection, and installed the thermostat housing on the inner fender. Looks a dumpload better than trying to route the outlet around the steering column.

Yeah, all depends where you mounted the thermostat - wrinkly's do look awfully nasty though, and although it doesn't really matter, they aren't exactly recognised for their flow. I managed mine by mounting the thermostart, then heading to the auto parts shop, and just fishing through hoses until I found a good 'un Evil or Very Mad
