PLEASE HELP!! 4ag stalling problems	Sat, 25 October 2003 14:57

hey everyone, just wondering if someone can shed some light on this really annoying rpoblem that i have ever since a couple of months ago every time i change gears the car jolts like its stalling, its a pretty violent jolt and i have absolutely no idea as to what it could be. when im absolutely flat-sticking it theres no jolt, and when i'm granny driving (giving it a second between gears) its fine as well. i thought it was something to do with the pod, so i put the stocky airbox back in and it still does it. has anyone got any ideas as to what it could be? it seems to me like a fuel problem.. cos at the moment to stop it from doing this every time i upchange i give it a blip of gas as i go through neutral (so its burning the clutch unnecessarily) and it doesnt do it then.. anyways, any ideas?? ====cheers, roman ======= [Updated on: Thu, 25 December 2003 05:26] [Report message to a moderator]

all my mounts are schmik! and yeah, there's only 1 engine-mount. the other 3 mounts come off the gearbox (a pain in the ass when youre trying to take the box out to do a clutch!) it almost feels sensor related. has anyone got any other ideas as to what it could be?? please? its really pissing me off ---thanks boys, cheers roman------------------------ [Report message to a moderator]

clutch has been replaced a few weeks ago with a heavy duty item and it hasnt solved the problem either. it feels like a sensor? could it be the tps by any chance? [Updated on: Fri, 02 January 2004 16:03] [Report message to a moderator]
