Ok, I'm pretty keen on buying a 7MGTE MZ20 Soarer.

I'm hoping people can list some problems with these cars and perhaps some pictures of some.

I am aware of the problems with the head gasket and this has been sorted.

A friend of mine had one of these and constantly blew up gearboxes... I can't afford for this to happen as I need the car to be reliable and I probably won't have the money to replace, so is this an issue?

Cheers
Paul

2 options

1) Replace auto with R154/W58

2) Drive like a grandpa

They are pimp cars from the factory. You just have to fully realise their pimping nature.

Do a search because I asked this question a while ago.
