RA60 on kerbside in kenmore, brisbane for towaway?

there's an RA60 near where i live with notes inside it saying "tow away" (plus a mobile number). Its a red hatch, manual, clean, tho has flaking rust around inside top of hatch. Rego is (NSW) WME-354 .
it's in Gleneagle Street in Kenmore, Brisbane and is about here on this map:
i think it's been driven up then left up here for a while - has been cleaned recently, but there is rust flakes on top of rear seats from top of hatch - probbaly only good for parts/
if anyone's interested, i 'll go up and note the mobile number down.
