Ok, i am a complete newb, but anyway i bought a haynes work shop manual for celica's, problem is it is very americanised and I cant find my exact engine in the book, sure there are some that look similar, can anyone tell me what engines are similar/almost identical to 21R-c, i thought maybe 22R...

AFAIK the 21R-C is fairly similar to the 20R used in US-spec RA40's.

I was pretty sure the haynes manual did have stuff on the 21R-c - it just has things like "on the 21r-c, this bolt can be found on the left side, not the right" etc
