The 13B injectors you speek of are around 550cc I think. If you are running standard injection they may be a little big and you idle will suffer something shocking. If you are using after market injection then its all good after you tune it.
The standard injectors are around 295cc they are high impednce injectors with around 12-14 ohms. If you change make sure you get high impedence or run ballast resistors if you use low impedence injectors (Only applies to standard injection setup).
A possible swap for a similar size injectors is the 3sge, not sure of the injector style or impedence but the flow rate is about right.
To clean your injectors try this. Conect an efi pump up to the injectors. Instead of connecting to the fuel rail end conect to the manifold end. Run the pump and pulse the injector for 20 sec or so. Conect the pump to the fuel rail end of the injector and pulse the injector. Repeat until the injector sprays cleanly.
