I can get .5mm oversize 9.7:1 (ie. 89 bore) genuine parts, but not 1mm OS. Couldn't find anything other than the above in the country genuine parts.
You could try JP Engineering in SA, they make custom cast pistons and may be able to do it, we've done some R&D with them and they are willing to do 18rg stuff and have done before.
I know they can do a 91 bore.
You'll be looking at $150 for one piston, less if you don't want rings (these are not suitable rings for a high revving eninge like an 18rg)
Let me know if you're interested, I'm in SA and could get in touch with them if you want.

Not sure if they are 1mm over, but I know where there are three that have been used. Do you want a new item or is this a replacement for another one in a set you are using now?

Thanks for the reply guys sorry it took so long to get back to you but my internet has been down.
The bore i have is 89.5 so i really need over sized pistons, it is to replace one in the set that is damaged beyond repair
Clint could you see if they are 1MM oversized for me.
Steve Could you get a price for me on geting one made and how close they could get it to the origional weight of the pistons
Again thanks for your replys guys im nearly at my wits end with this car.

Sorry Jas, the pistons I know of are apparently standard bore size. You could try "sleekher" on these forums, I know she has been playing with a few 18RG's, though I'm not sure if she has spare pistons in your sizing? If she doesn't reply, try "gabe" with the same questions?

OK, I rang JP's and here's what they said.
$150 + GST.
That is for piston adn rings adn I think gudgeon too.
They are sold as a package so you cn throw away the rings if you want (I would reccommend this) and it will not change the price.
I know they can make it in a 91mm, as I've asked before.
I can ask if they can do a 89.5 for you if you want.
I will have to drop off a piston and the diagrams I got them to draw up for me last time to see if they can do it.
I have a spare 8.7: piston lying somewhere at home and have the measurements for the 9.7:1 dome.
So in short, I've got what I need to show them what you want, I just don't know if they can do it in a 89.5mm yet.
As for the weight, I dunno.
I know that the TRD 11.5ish:1 replica they have in there is 100g heavier than the Toyota 8.7:1 but that is no surprise, as the TRD replica has a MASSIVE solid dome.
If you wan to get one made up, it will take four weeks once the order is placed.
The order will need to be made in the next two weeks as they close over Christmas.
If you want them to make one for you and you want it before next year, you'll have to make the order this week or next week at the latest.
Let me know what you want to do ASAP

No worries mate, it is always good to know what people can do for 18rgs even if you don't need it done right now.
Most of that stuff I already knew, only had to make one short phone call.
I really hope for your sake that you can find a genuine piston, it will work out cheaper.
We got our set of .5mm OS pistons for $344
Incase you want to know, the part number you'll be wanting is
13103 - 88252 in 1.0 OS.
(these are a 9.7:1 CR piston to suit the larger valve version ie. 18rgu and 18rgeu. Try to find these if you get stuck. There may be some in Sydney.
