ok, so this started out aa a joke, but it would actually be a bloody good idea. easy to do (assuming you can add a simple form to the webpage) and would come in oh so handy...
This is one of the things being put forward with the whole new webpage thing that is slowly happening.
Ed et all - if we all work together to write a few brief articles/posts that answer the most common questions, using existing posts/threads then im sure we can cover most of it in the forums as they are now.. or i can make a NEW articles page which will actually get updated
