Simple things after modifying Sat, 01 November 2003 13:35 Go to next message
When you modify your engine to produce big horsepower, or upgrading to a turbo from an NA engine, is there any changes to the standard items for example 'spark plugs', 'oil filter', 'timing belt', basically all the servicible parts.

Is this issue addressed by the 'workshop' modifying your car?

How would you know whether you need to upgrade such items.

Thanx

You'll want to go a range colder in your spark plug to allow for increased combustion temps.
