will 4ag run 180 degrees out of time and would that also cause +/-33 degrees advance and a rich condition?

any help greatly appreciated

wouldnt that mean it wouldnt start at all?
like wouldnt it be firing on the intake stroke or something? Confused

it starts...just takes a few cranks and i have to depress the accelerator about half way to open up the throttle...
