cant help you, but i do have a 7mge cast manifold which (i hear) is an upgrade from the 5mge manifold...

i have a manifold 
7mge - happily fits a 5mge
$20 + postage? (prolly about $30 total)

Out of curiosity ed is the exhaust end of the manifold the same as the 5mge and the distances between flanges?
