Help with GA61

G'day all
My almost a few months old GA61 Celica XX has been great so far, but it is time I changed the oil filter not just the oil. The reason I haven't do so yet is because the oil filter is in a really hard to see place, and besides being really hard to get off, I dont know what type it is so I cant risk forcing it off.
My question to you all is, what oil filter should I use on my 1G-GE?

If all else fails, I think it's the same as the 3S (FWD Celica) and 1MZ (3.0L Camry).

Its a Z418  He didn't need any help  Its a tiny one, same as the V6 Camry and Lexus IS200 (funny that )
