Can any one give me an idea of the appropriate intercooler size for a 7mgte in a approx 20psi application. Considering turbos would be upgraded to hiflow and the car is Ma61. How big is too big ? [Report message to a moderator]

No such thing as too big... well, nothing that will fit in a normal car is going to be too big. [Report message to a moderator]

minmise restriction whilst maximising airflow past/through the core for cooling purposes, thus front mounted as big as possible with good end tanks!! And paint it black too! [Report message to a moderator]
