1ggte into TA23 engine mounting probs

hey all, I have read the articles etc and am just after a little more confirmation.
I have a gen3 1ggte going into a ta23.
have changed the engine cross member to a RA23 one, am going to put the mid sump back onto the 1ggte...
I believe that I have to use the "front" holes on the block for the engine mounts ?! the only problem I see with this is that the inlet side has 3 holes lining up, but the top left one is offset slightly, I have access to the "silver" 1ggZe engine mounts, but the only prob with using those is that when you go to put them on the turbo side the foul against the oil return pipes....
any ideas, or am I doing something wrong?
am thinking of using the 1ggte engine mounts, with the front holes, and then just drilling the hole in the mount slightly bigger to line it up with the one in the block ?!
and has anyone ever had problems with the crank pulley fouling on the radiator ?! mine has 3 pulley ribbings on it, but we only need the one as we aren't using a/c or power steering....

if your using a ra23 x member you dont use the front mount position you use the middle spot. which on the inlet site site over the top of the oil dipstick. you can use the metal frontal mounts but have to redrill the hole(I cut and rewelded the whole foot of the mount to provide a bigger area.)

are u using the 18r rubber mounts?
i think i drilled out the mount to make it fit, cant remember
i welded up the holes in the supra mounts and redrilled them 10mm higher so i didnt need a spacer plate
