Try emptying your internet cache and downloading it again, I used that link before when I updated my client.

Got like 500Mb of it and the bit torrent started to crap its self and says that i am using the wrong IP and stops downloading. Seems strange considering was working fine 2 mins before that .

Its torrent you could get the same speed on cable as you would on dialup, seems to be luck of the draw to getting a decent speed.

Try using a different torrent client or requesting from ur isp if ur on cable to change ur ip address. If your on adsl and ur provider dosn't supply static ip just disconect it for a few hours and then reconnect it for a new ip.
