PARTS PARTS PARTS. Wed, 05 November 2003 14:21 Go to next message
Japanese Import Parts

http://www.JapaneseImportParts.com

OK, I cant get everything, but give me an idea of what parts people want from Japan.

I cant get heavy items like engines or gearboxes, or large items like bodykits.

I can however get turbo kits and LSD's and all bolt on performace parts + standard parts.

I cant promise anything, but now is your chance to let me know what you want. Please dont bother posting if you arnt serious about buying. I will try to help everyone, but I'll see how I go.

Ok guys, what parts are you after ???

what a crock of shit.

Im not the only one who thinks the same thing, you basically never answer PM's you dont know jack shit, you provide a poor customer relations service and to top if off you dont know jack shit.

If your trying to run a business and advertise on this forums, at least have the decency to reply to PM's and emails, or when youy STATE that you do, bloody well back it up and do it!

I recieve up to 100 emails a day, and because of that, it may take me a few days to reply. I always answer emails and private messages, it just takes time. If you want to come and do my 16 hour days, deal with 25 phone calls a day and 100 emails a day, plus find time to order and send parts, and eat sleep, and try to lead a "normal" life at the same time, then how about you have a go.

Is that right..... "I always reply to PM's"

as i said, if you find communication to your prospective clients too hard for you.. emply someone to take care of that side for you..

Simon. 63 of the 70 PM's I have recieved in the past 18 days have got replies. The others are work in progress.

Make sure you have proof to back up your accusations next time.

I would also appreciate it if you expressed your opinions in an email or PM, as trying to abuse me on a public forum will do nothing to help you get your enquiries answered any sooner, and I'd say that you may infact just cause more problems for your self, and abuse like that should infact mean that any business would not want to deal with you at all in the future.

I wish you well with your car, and I am happy to help you, but not after you have hurled abuse at me like that.

Have a good evening.

I feel inclined to offer another viewpoint on the whole SUPRAMAN,simon-mrrx7, JAI, response time, ..., dribble.

I've never had a problem with Kristian's replies to my emails and PM's, and while I will agree they aren't instantaneous - if I wanted an instant answer, I'd ask for a business contact telephone number.

The conundrum of a public forum is the fact people make assumptions of others, based on what they type. We all read each others posts, and I will happily admit to making assumptions about the both of you, both positive and negative. I do however feel the public berating is best left to a PM, or personal email - we don't want to read about it here.

Lets get on with the enjoyment of the hobby, pasttime, and sport we all enjoy, proved by the fact there are so many of us here!

g'day

i would also like to say that i have bought a number of items from japanese import parts and have been very pleased with the products, prices and service provided.

Before you start to harass Kristian, try dealing with some of the other importers,, not just buying what they have on the shelf, but getting them to track something down from Japan for you.I think you will see they aren't real keen to help at all.

Cheers
Stew

As have i, great dealings with Kristian and he has been very helpful.
As for now though i am interested in another set of 304* cams, and a shim under bucket kit (preferably not a TRD one, dont want to remortgage the house for it Razz), also interested in a new set of 11.5:1 pistons as my current set is a bit pitted.

All for a 4A.
Cheers man.
