Install 2 new bolts
First, torque the 2 bolts uniformly a little at a time
Torque: 49 N-m (500 kgf-cm, 36ft-lbf)
Then tighten the 2 bolts an additional 80-100º.

So:
1. put 2 bolts in 180 degrees apart from each other
2. tighten uniformly
3. torque them to 49 Nm
4. tighten an addtional 80-100 dgrees past 49 Nm
5. install rest of bolts and torque to 49 Nm
???????????????????

Should you also put a little Loctite on?

Put them all in and tighten them uniformily in the pairs. You tighten them all to 49Nm + 90degrees.

Yeah loctite if you want.
