AE93 - SX Hatch 20v - 95kw at wheel expressions of interest

I'm looking at selling my car at the moment as i need to finance my new mortgage.
It is a '90 sx hatch with a 20v silvertop engine
Dynoed at 95kw@wheels - Redline rotory (dyno chart available)
Engine has done 70k all up. Oil changed at least every 5,000k
Red colour hatch excellent condition
Has;
- Wolf 3d + handset (all tune on dyno)
- 20v primaries, custom secondaries to Hiflow cat to 2 1/4" to a Xforce canon style exaust, twin resonators (all work mandral bent)
- Custom oil cooler
- Koni adjustables shocks & King springs(setup for wakefield)
- all bushings replaced with poly bushes from whiteline
- 30mm rear swaybar
- stainless steel airpod (can run quad throttles as now map sensored if you want)
- 15" ROH running 205/50/15 (95% tread)
- steering wheel (have original also)
- AE101 steering rack (quicker steer) & running 20v box
- Alarm with dual knock sensors
- JVC deck Double din
Car looks stock other than exaust. I was building it as a sleeper
Have spent over $8,000 on improvements
Looking at $11,000 ono

One more thing it has had brake upgrade
Running larger GZE rotors and twin piston calipers

i'm Located in Sydney near Liverpool
I don't have any pics atm but i will try to get some by borrowing my friend's camera.
Body is in good condition - no rust at all
Interrior is still good also.
