Definitely black.
Did mine ages ago in Wrinkle black and had the raised section draw filed so that the 'borders' and the DOHC stood out.
Looked schmick without being ricey.
Chrome is for magpies

lol the extractors are missing (who's wants to donate a set )
Not wasting my money on a second rate engine (I'll just put it all aside for a 7mgte one day down the track...until then I'll start on the suspension / brakes looking at putting a set of SA63 struts in that I have, and the few other things on the car like the bumpers.) W55 should be put in over the holidays tho which will probably make it fast enough for a bit
Nope no R&P (pretty sure its the same setup as yours)
Have you had a look at an RA60 R&P? Whats so good about R&P by the way?
Cheers

yeah i'll go the 7mgte oneday
R&P's is better for steering response & handaling as well as you can fit bigger engines in the engie bay because you dont have a big fck off steering box in the way.
i ve got a 4spd i want to upgrade to the 5 + LSD

Well of the two choices i would go with black.
But if it was mine i would paint it the same as the block
and sand the raised sections back.
