W58 Front Shaft Bearing - Needle Roller instead of Ball Bearing	Tue, 11 November 2003 04:48

Hi all, Before anyone uses the smartass 'Search' function shite, already looked I know that it is not uncommon to replace the front ball bearing on the input shaft with a Needle Rolkler to take the higher loading. Does anyone have the bearing part number to do this ? The bearing for the input shaft? If so I've got the bearing number off my W55 sitting down stairs if that helps (I would imagine that it is the same as a W58). That way you can goto a bearing shop and ask for the equivalent needle type bearing? Anyway here it is NSK HR6307NX Cheers Wilbo [Report message to a moderator]
