I think most of you know which wreckers I'm referring to here.
called up another place, and found out it was $250 for brand new, in-the-box AU fans & shroud for my radiator. "ok" I thought, I should be able to knock $100 off the price second hand.
call around, nowhere has them. Call the $2 shop, and get quoted $200.... "but you wont be able to use the shroud sir, it's smashed"
anyone's parents have an AU falcon that they dont need the thermo setup for?

Why, specifically, do you want the AU setup?
FWIW, the setup in mine, from a '94 EF, is quite adequate for the job I (and you, I imagine) have in mind.
My assembly cost me $165 from a local (ACT) wrecker, and was in perfect nick...Surely you'd get them cheaper in Sydney?
