i was wondering what performance mods can i do to a 22re without having to swap engines or anything like that

Exhaust and filter are about as far as you can go before it starts costing more than it's worth.

well what would be the cost of dropping a 1g-gte into a ra65 or something along those lines coz i wanna get into modding but not spend too much atm coz im only a student

depends how much of the work you can do yourself - by the sounds of things "wanting to get into modifying", unless you have a friend with a bit of expertise, you'll be looking at $5k as a minimum figure

$5k for a drive-in-drive-out engine conversion? That's a bit optimistic I think... I reckon $10k would be closer to the mark!

u can throw it in the bin
i have a 22r and it suks
if u r a student be patient and wait till u have enough money
dont do a half job now and waist yr money
wait till u can aford a decent conversion
