What do people think of the Stock 86 wheel,
I have a feeling im gona be the odd one out but.... I think its good, suits the car.....

I think it is one of the worst steering wheels ever. The only one that is worse I think are those ones on the early SAABs.

get the standard ae82 twin cam steering wheel..

and get the horn piece from toyota... They possibly may still make it.
Only problem is that you need the right part number, and you needs to talk to TMC japan (i.e. you need a relative or someone in japan).

Try asking someone here at the local toyota dealership, and they'll tell you to hit the road. Believe me, I've asked for some japanese parts already Smile

I got used to mine and thought it was fine for every day use. The really deep dish looks a bit crap, but I don't spend much time looking at the wheel.

A fatter, smaller one (yes I am talking about steering wheels) is heaps better for fun driving. Just try parallel parking with a locked diff, a 12" steering wheel and no power steering.
