I found the car i want. Its a 91' jza70 twin turbo R. Now its only done 135,00km's, has 230kw and does mid 13's, and its cheap, abit too cheap. So i get the feeling its been trashed, i havent test driven the car yet, but is there anyway to tell if a car has been trashed. If i decide its all good i will get an RACV inspection on it. Its just i dont know what to look for when looking at the car.

And Bilsteins if I'm not mistaken! Basically it's the very best of the Mk3 Supra's.

I would agree. I would have thought the turbo A was better than the jza. But I could be wrong.

I have been considering the option of importing a mk3 over from japan, i have been told its cheaper then buying one. What are some good importers, and do they have a website. Is there anything I should watch out for. Thanks

Looking at the import site, it seems like abit of work to import that car, plus i dont wanna get caught out with service fees and hidden costs etc.

Ok. Email Kristan at kristian@japaneseimportparts.com. Talk to him about what you want. He is able to help you in all that. And he can also do all the "extra" stuff (like compliance etc) for you.

I disagree. The JZA70 was also realeased AFTER that era.
It has more power, handles better, weighs less.
