this upgrade hilux/pug disc brake conversion will fit inside 15 inch wheels (look left at my avatar, it's difficult to see but they're there under my 15 inch superlites) not so sure about 14's, but i suspect that at a squeese they will fit!!!

Hey, if no one else takes them then I will!
This would have to be the quickest sale in history!

Are you guys keen? Quickest sale only if sold! If Joel doesn't take them next week they're up for sale still. I had them on my 23 and they fit fine inside 14in alloy CSA wheels. Dave dlmw@optushome.com.au

consider this:
9in x 10mm solid disc, single piston caliper
vs
10.5in x 20mm vented disc, 4 piston caliper
the difference is so amazing it's almost impossible to describe. i admit that one stop from 60kmh, the difference is not that massive, but demand that the car do it over and over from higher speeds and the difference becomes worlds apart. the increase in cooling is the major benefit in this situation. the large caliper absorbs a lot of heat away from the fluid, preventing it to boil and reducing the brake fade associated. the vented disc also dissapates heat quicker. the other advantage is a larger pad area and a bigger disc, increasing the leverage available to slow it down.
