Does anyone have the cam specs from a Bathurst spec Aussie MR2.Also are they different to the other gen 3 engines?
I did a quick measure with the vernier and got about 10mm lift on the inlet and about 8.5mm on the exhaust does this sound right ?
Thanks.

i've got the workshop manual on this engine. from memory the inlet cam seems about right, but the exhaust sounds a bit small.
believe all gen3 are the same "bathurst" was just a term to make people buy the stripped out mr2 (admittedly it did come with a factroy fitted lsd)

I know the lift is important but what about the duration I think you will find this to be more important!! to check them properly you should see if you can get them on a cam doctor, that way you know thew lift and duration and a cam man would probly have access to the right dimentions!

Thanks guys. I know the duration is important but I was just doing a quick check to see if the cams were stock going on lift. I am intending on getting a bigger set soon.
Hey "T" how did you go with my conrod assembly ? I am going out to Dandenong tommorrow and might drop by if you are done with the rod.
