My mate has a camry that he's trying to fix.
There are 3 sendors in this long alloy piece bolted to the back of the block, one connector is brown, the other is khaki/grey, the other is green.
From what I understand, the brown one is for the cold start injector, the khaki/grey one is the coolant temp sender (to the computer) and the green one up top is for the cooling fan activation.
Can anyone confirm this? Reason being is the khaki/grey one is broken and the car runs like a bag of shit (rich)

back of the block? do you mean close to the firewall? cause i looked on my car and theres bugger all there.
is it part of the EFI unit near the top on the firewall side (back) or on the right of the engine, above the gearbox (looking at from front)?
if its above the gearbox (i suspect) then yes u r looking at the tempreture sender for the thermostat (which has a green, grey and brown wires)
the cold start injector is on the front side of the efi cylinder, u would need to unplug the 2 wire connector from it and check the two prongs inside the connector with ohmmeter to measure the resistance or something (2 to 4 ohms)
